On Fri 18th February 2022, Hon Olorunyomi Dotun who is a sport lover and sport philanthropist kick off the first edition of DOTHMAN CHAMPIONS CUP , at Isero grammar school field. 16 football teams registered for the football competition. At the opening ceremony many dignitaries were available, and the youth of the communities were happy with this development.   In an interview with the sponsor of the football game in person of Hon Olorunyomi Dotun , he said "I am ready to serve my people if am elected as the Member House of Assembly, Odigbo constituency 1.  I will make sure I empower our youths, help them to develop their talents, and also make sure they engage in development of our communities". In a statement made by Senator Nicholas Tofowomo on Tuesday 15th February 2022 via his Facebook page, He said Sponsored ads "I sponsored a bill today to establish a university in Odigbo, Ondo State. In Ondo South we need a minimum of 4 universities if Kaduna in Northern Nigeria can have over 57 high institutions. Ondo South is one of the most abandoned senatorial districts in Nigeria with enormous resources like Rubber, Oil Palm, Bitumen, glass sand, longest sea shore in Nigeria and fisheries. The 9th Senate must promote fairness and equity in Nigeria."
